MLP NextGen: Tilt-A-Whirl

Finally made a high quality fleshed out reference for Tilt-A-Whirl!

Nicknames:Tilt, Whirly, Sweet Celestia stop you're gonna crash

Personality : She is loud, exhuberant, and enjoys causing chaos without magic.  Pranking with Rainbow Dash is a plus. 

She has a TON of magic inside of her, but she is unable to access it in her pony form - instead, it comes out in her hair, which grows continuously and needs to be cut often. Sometimes, she really resents this, but most of the time she's fine just the way she is. 

She got her cutie mark when her class had a trip to an amusement park planned. The trip was cancelled last minute due to emergency park repairs, so she quickly whipped up a home-brewed amusement park in her mother's yard. Everyone loved it, and she realized that is what she wanted to do with her life! 

WHEN DRAWING HER, KEEP IN MIND

-- That curl on the top of her head MUST be in the drawing somehow
-- She has darker yellow circles around her eyes
-- You CAN draw one of her pupils smaller than the other, like Discord's. 
-- She only has ONE fang that can be seen when she opens her mouth. 
-- IF DRAWING HER DRACONEQUUS form...her tail MIGHT change, though 95% of the time it doesn't. PLEASE ASK if you want to draw her with a different tail. 
-- YES you CAn give her Draconequus form ears! They're mid length, rounded, and appear only sometimes. Usually obscured by her hair! (Think AWD + eastern dragon)
